MENTAL HEALTH PROGRAM

COMMUNITY RESIDENTIAL REHABILITATION PROGRAM

pOSITION: CRR SPECIALIST

• Salary:  $12.18 per hour ($23,750 annually)
• Full Time / Part Time:   Full Time (37.5 hours per week)
• Shifts:  Evenings, weekends, one overnight shift
• Schedule:  Variable evenings and weekends with one overnight shift per week. Schedule has some flexibility and may be subject to change based on unit needs.
• Requirements:   Bachelor's in human service field. Valid driver's license and insurability based on Agency policy required.
• Duties:   Supervise and document behavior of residents; develop and implement Residential Service Plans; complete required documentation and written review of resident performance; and provide individual and group instruction in activities of daily living.

lONG TERM STRUCTURED RESIDENCE

pOSITION: LTSR FACILITY COORDINATOR

• Salary:  $12.55 per hour ($24,463 annually)
• Full Time / Part Time:   Full Time (37.5 hours per week)
• Shifts:  Daylight, and alternating weekends
• Schedule:  7:00 AM-3:00PM; rotating weekdays and weekends off
• Requirements:   High School diploma or GED and 1 year institutional food service preparation experience OR general commercial food service preparation experience. Valid driver's license and insurability based on Agency policy required.
• Duties:   Responsible to coordinate/implement food service preparation/production, maintain sanitary food service conditions and ensure on-going facility/grounds upkeep.

pOSITION: LTSR LPN

• Salary:  $13.52 per hour ($26,363 annually)
• Full Time / Part Time:   Full Time (37.5 hours per week)
• Shifts:  Daylight, and alternating weekends
• Schedule:  11AM-7PM OR 7AM-3:15PM; alternating weekends off
• Requirements:   Practical Nurse licensed in PA with 4 years related experience required. Valid driver's license and insurability based on Agency policy required.
• Duties:   Provide assigned nursing services to older adults with psychiatric disabilities within a structured setting based on resident needs.

pOSITION: LTSR AIDE

• Salary:  $11.69 per hour ($22,800annually)
• Full Time / Part Time:   Full Time (37.5 hours per week)
• Shifts:  Evenings and alternating weekends
• Schedule:  4PM - 12 PM ; alternating weekends off. Schedule subject to change based on program needs.
• Requirements:   Certified Nursing Assistant or High School diploma and 2 years related experience. Valid driver's license and insurability based on Agency policy required.
• Duties:   Assist in the completion of daily living activities to older adults with psychiatric disabilities within a structured setting based on resident needs.

RESIDENTIAL TREATMENT PROGRAM

POSITION: NURSE

• Salary:  $17.54 per hour ($34,200 annually)
• Full Time / Part Time:   Full Time (37.5 hours per week)
• Shifts:  Evenings and weekends
• Schedule:  Sunday, Monday - Off; Tuesday, Wednesday -1:00pm - 11:00 pm; Thursday - 1:30 pm - 11:00 pm; Friday - Off; Saturday - 12N - 10 pm
• Requirements:   BSN licensed in PA with 1 year related experience OR RN licensed in PA with 3 years related experience. Valid driver's license required.
• Duties:   Medical oversight and medication management to adults with acute psychiatric disabilities. Administer medication prescribed by the psychiatrist and complete all required documentation. Implement and document verbal orders as directed by the psychiatrist. Develop, implement and monitor Residential Service Plans. Provide individual and group instruction in activities of daily living.

POSITION: RESIDENTIAL SPECIALIST

• Salary:  $12.67 per hour ($24,700 annually)

• Schedule:  Evenings with rotating weekends off
• Requirements:   Bachelor's degree in Human Services and one year related experience required. Valid Driver's License required.

MENTAL RETARDATION PROGRAM

ADULT TRAINING CENTER PROGRAM

POSITION: VOCATIONAL TRAINING CENTER cHALLENGING BEHAVIORS SPECIALIST

• Salary:  $13.28 per hour ($25,888 annually)
• Full Time / Part Time:   Full Time (37.5 hours per week)
• Shifts: Daylight
• Schedule:  Monday through Friday 8:00 am - 3:30 pm
• Requirements:   Bachelor's in human service field with 3 years work experience (2 years post BA, 1 year general work experience. Valid PA Driver's License.
• Duties:  Provides instruction, directions and plans for individuals with mental retardation who also present behavioral challenges. Deals with intense behaviors, document concisely these behaviors, and follows plans designed to reduce/eliminate problematic behaviors. Personal care including helping individuals daily with toileting duties and other training assistance must be provided to individuals with behavioral, physical, and multiple challenges.

POSITION: VOCATIONAL TRAINING CENTER AIDE

• Salary:  $11.69 per hour ($22,800 annually)

• Schedule:  Monday through Friday 8:00 am - 3:30 pm
• Requirements:  High School diploma and 2 years work experience (1 year MR experience.) Bachelor's in human service field preferred. Valid PA Driver's License.
• Duties:  Provides support to the specialists in carrying out daily activities to individuals with mental retardation. Personal care including helping individuals daily with toileting duties and other training assistance must be provided to individuals with behavioral, physical, and multiple challenges.

POSITION: ATF aIDE SUBSTITUTE

• Salary:  $11.32 per hour - 5 hours per week
• Full Time / Part Time:   Part time
• Shifts: Daylight
• Schedule:  As needed - Monday through Friday 8:30 am - 2:30 pm
• Requirements:   High School diploma and 3 years work experience (1 year mental retardation experience) OR 2 years or more of college education and 1 year work experience (preferably MR) OR Associates degree and 1 year work exprience (preferably MR). Valid PA Driver's License.
• Duties:  Provides instruction, directions and plans in the absence of the regular staff for persons with mental retardation at an adult training facility. Provides support to individuals who have behavior, physical and other multiple challenges.

rEGIONAL COMMUNITY ACTIVITIES PROGRAM

POSITION: SITE LEADER

• Salary:  $12.04 per hour
• Full Time / Part Time:  Part Time (up to 2 hours per week)
• Shifts: Daylight, evening, weekends
• Schedule:  Flexible for activity schedules, evening/ weekends, one or two holiday events.
• Requirements:  Bachelor's in human service field with 1 year MR experience. Valid PA Driver's License.
• Duties:  Provides planning and/or implementation of on-site and community recreational, social and cultural activities to individuals with mental retardation. Provides activity leadership and positive community interactions by, but not limited to, ongoing contracts with the community and families. In some circumstances, job will require lifting, twisting, turning, bending, pulling, stooping, kneeling and standing while helping MR individuals with training, toileting and other needs.

POSITION: ASSISTANT SITE LEADER

• Salary:  $11.32 per hour
• Full Time / Part Time:  Part Time (up to 2 hours per week)
• Shifts: Evenings
• Schedule:  Flexible for evening events.
• Requirements:  High school diploma and two years work experience; 1 year MR experience. Valid PA Driver's License.
• Duties:  Assists the Site Leader in providing supports to individuals with mental retardation during on-site and community recreational, social and cultural activities. Assistance also provided with individuals' personal care needs, including bath rooming, grooming and physical assistance. May frequently need to lift, twist, turn, bend, pull, stoop, kneel and stand while helping MR individuals with training, toileting and other need and transferring persons from wheelchair, balancing a person if needed to help break a fall and to help with walking if needed.

SERVICE COORDINATION UNIT

POSITION: BLENDED SERVICE COORDINATOR (Case Manager Duties)

Salary:  $17.54 per hour ($34,200 annually)

• Full Time / Part Time:   Full Time (37.5 hours per week)
• Shifts: Daylight
• Schedule:  Monday through Friday 9:00 am - 5:00 pm . After hours as scheduled.
• Requirements:  Master's degree in human service field and 1 year experience in MH services required OR Bachelor's in human service field with 3 years post bachelor's experience in a human service field, 1 year of which must be in service coordination. Must have computer experience with skills in Word, Excel and in the Internet preferred. Valid PA Driver's License and insurability based on Agency's policy is required.
• Duties:   The Blended Service Coordinator provides highly personalized services to a caseload of severely and persistently mentally ill consumers for the purpose of maximizing their stability and integration into the community. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, developing a consumer personal plan, identifying and linking consumers to needed supports and services, assisting consumers to obtain benefits, monitoring service delivery for adequacy and appropriateness, participating in team meetings and staffings for the purpose of coordination of services, and provide on-call after-hours services when assigned. A candidate for this position should have considerable knowledge of common mental health disabilities and their symptoms, knowledge of social service systems and benefit programs, strong organizational and time management skills, the ability to communicate  effectively both verbally and written and the ability to work both independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team.

ADMINISTRATION

POSITION: OUTPATIENT SECRETARY

• Salary:  $11.81 per hour ($23,038 annually)
• Full Time / Part Time:   Full Time (37.5 hours per week)
• Shifts: Daylight
• Schedule:  Monday 11:00 am - 7:00 pm; Tuesday through Friday 9:00 am - 5:00 pm
• Requirements:  Diploma from an Accredited Secretarial/Business school and 2 years post degree experience in a clerical position OR High School diploma and 4 years releated experience. Must possess computer skills (Microsoft Word), knowledge of general office equipment, ability to transcribe dictation electronically and type 50 wpm and possess office organizational skills. Knowledge of medical terminology required.
• Duties:  Provides the Outpatient Unit with clerical support as well as support pertinent to the department's needs in relation to serving it's client population. Also responsible for overseeing the daily functions of the switchboard.
