COMMUNITY RESIDENTIAL REHABILITATION PROGRAM

lONG TERM STRUCTURED RESIDENCE
pOSITION: LTSR LPN
- Full Time / Part Time: Full Time (37.5 hours per week)
- Shifts: Overnight
- Schedule: Tuesday-Saturday - 11PM - 7:15AM
- Requirements: Practical Nurse licensed in PA with 2 years related experience required . Valid driver's license and insurability based on Agency policy required.
- Duties: Administer medication, complete required documentation. Complete necessary medical aspects of treatment.
RESIDENTIAL TREATMENT PROGRAM
pOSITION: NO VACANT POSITIONS
OUTPATIENT TREATMENT PROGRAM
POSITION: THERAPIST/ASSESSMENT SPECIALIST
- Full Time / Part Time: Full Time (37.5 hours per week)
- Shifts: Daylight and evenings
- Schedule: Monday and Wednesday - 9AM-7PM, Tuesday and Thursday - 9:30AM -5:30PM and Friday - 9:30AM - 1:00PM
- Requirements: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and two (2) years related experience. Managed care credentials required.
- Duties: Conduct intake interviews with clients, providing appropriate therapeutic intervention, formulate clinical impressions and assess priority psychiatric needs and special areas requiring attention/intervention. Provide individual, marital and family therapy to children, adolescents and adults.
MENTAL RETARDATION PROGRAM
ADULT TRAINING CENTER PROGRAM
POSITION: EMPLOYMENT COACH
- Full Time / Part Time: Full time
- Shifts: Daylight
- Schedule: Monday through Friday 8:00 am - 3:30 pm
- Requirements: Bachelor's degree in human service field with one (1) year post Bachelor's MR supported/supportive employment experience. Valid Driver's License.
- Duties: Provides community job instructions and directions to persons with mental retardation. This on-the-job support will be done in a way to adapt to the varied needs of individuals and in a way that human dignity is maintained and where a skill is learned to perform and maintain a job. Also assists in job identification, job matching and identifying job resources in the community. Must frequently twist, turn, bend, pull, stoop, kneel and stand, while helping individiuals with mental retardation in daily training.
POSITION: EMPLOYMENT/TRAINING CENTER/SENIOR COMMUNITY CENTER AIDE
- Full Time / Part Time: Part Time - Up to 19 hours per week
- Shifts: Daylight
- Schedule: Monday through Friday
- Requirements: High School diploma and 2 years work experience (1 year MR experience.) Bachelor's in human service field preferred. Valid Driver's License.
- Duties: Provides support to the specialists in carrying out daily activities to individuals with mental retardation. Deliver basket and craft items driving the Agency's vehicle. Lifting, twisting, kneeling, bending, etc. required.
POSITION: VTC AIDE
- Full Time / Part Time: Part time (30 hours per week)
- Shifts: Daylight
- Schedule: Monday through Friday 8:30 am - 2:30 pm
- Requirements: High School diploma and 2 years work experience (1 year mental retardation experience). Bachelor's degree in human service field preferred. Valid Driver's License.
- Duties: Provides support to the specialists in carrying out daily activities to individuals with mental retardation. Job will require lifting, twisting, turning, bending, pulling, stooping, kneeling and standing while helping MR individuals with training, toileting and other needs.
POSITION: ATF aIDE SUBSTITUTE (CASUAL AIDES)
- Full Time / Part Time: Part time - Casual, on-call
- Shifts: Daylight only
- Schedule: As needed - Monday through Friday 8:30 am - 2:30 pm
- Requirements: High School diploma and 2 years work experience (1 year mental retardation experience) OR 2 years or more of college education and 1 year work experience (preferably MR) OR Associates degree and 1 year work exprience (preferably MR). Valid Driver's License.
- Duties: Provides instruction, directions and plans in the absence of the regular staff for persons with mental retardation at an adult training facility. Provides support to individuals who have behavior, physical and other multiple challenges. Job will require lifting, twisting, turning, bending, pulling, stooping, kneeling and standing while helping MR individuals with training, toileting and other needs.
rEGIONAL COMMUNITY ACTIVITIES PROGRAM
POSITION: SITE LEADER
- Full Time / Part Time: Part Time (up to 2 hours per week)
- Shifts: Daylight, evening, weekends
- Schedule: Flexible for activity schedules, evening/ weekends, one or two holiday events.
- Requirements: Bachelor's in human service field with 1 year MR experience. Valid Driver's License.
- Duties: Provides planning and/or implementation of on-site and community recreational, social and cultural activities to individuals with mental retardation. Provides activity leadership and positive community interactions by, but not limited to, ongoing contracts with the community and families. In some circumstances, job will require lifting, twisting, turning, bending, pulling, stooping, kneeling and standing while helping MR individuals with training, toileting and other needs.
POSITION: ASSISTANT SITE LEADER
- Full Time / Part Time: Part Time (up to 2 hours per week)
- Shifts: Evenings
- Schedule: Flexible for evening events.
- Requirements: High school diploma and two years work experience; 1 year MR experience. Valid Driver's License.
- Duties: Assists the Site Leader in providing supports to individuals with mental retardation during on-site and community recreational, social and cultural activities. Job will require lifting, twisting, turning, bending, pulling, stooping, kneeling and standing while helping MR individuals with training, toileting and other needs.
SERVICE COORDINATION UNIT
POSITION: ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICE COORDINATOR
- Full Time / Part Time: Full Time
- Shifts: Daylight and flexible.
- Schedule: Monday through Friday- 9AM-5PM. Flexible to address consumer needs.
- Requirements: Master's degree in human service field and one (1) year experience in mental health services required or Bachelor's degree in human service field with 3 years post bachelor's experience in human service field, one of which must be in service coordination. Must have computer expereince with skils in Word, Excel, and the Internet preferred. Valid driver's license and insurability, based on agency's policy is required.
- Duties: Provide specialized Service Coordination services to mental health consumers as a collaborative member of multidisciplinary therapeutic team under the direction of a physician or psychiatrist as well as assessment and emergency services as needed in support of consumer needs in the Service Coordination Unit.
