MENTAL HEALTH PROGRAM

 

 

 

COMMUNITY RESIDENTIAL REHABILITATION PROGRAM

pOSITION: CRR SPECIALIST

  • Full Time / Part Time:   Full Time
  • Shifts:  Evenings, Weekends, overnights
  • Schedule:  Variable evenings and weekends with one overnight shift per week. Schedule may be subject to change based on unit needs.
  • Requirements:   Bachelor's in human services required. Valid driver's license and insurability based on Agency policy required.
  • Duties:   Develop, implement and complete documentation for Residential Service Plans. Provide individual and group instruction in activities of daily living.

 

lONG TERM STRUCTURED RESIDENCE

 

POSITION: LTSR LPN

  • Full Time / Part Time:   Full Time
  • Shifts:  Daylight, evenings, weekends
  • Schedule:  Rotating shifts-Daylight, Evening, rotating weekends shifts.
  • Requirements:   Practicial Nurse licensed in PA with 1 year related experience required. Valid driver's license and insurability based on Agency policy required.
  • Duties:   Administer medication prescribed by the psychiatrist and complete all required documentation. Complete necessary medical aspects of treatment. Implement and document verbal orders as directed by the psychiatrist.
  • Series of Retention Bonuses upon hire and service.

 

 

RESIDENTIAL TREATMENT PROGRAM

pOSITION: RTP SPECIALIST

  • Full Time / Part Time:   Full Time
  • Shifts:  Evenings, Overnights and Weekends
  • Schedule:  Variable evenings, overnights and weekends. Schedule subject to change based on unit needs.
  • Requirements:   Bachelor's in human service field and 1 year related experience required. Valid driver's license and insurability based on Agency policy required.
  • Duties:   Develop, implement and complete documentation for Residential Service Plans. Provide individual and group instructions in activities of daily living.

MENTAL RETARDATION PROGRAM

ADULT TRAINING CENTER PROGRAM

POSITION: aTF/VOCATIONAL tRAINING cENTER sUPERVISOR

  • Full Time / Part Time:  Full Time
  • Shifts: Daylight
  • Schedule:  Monday through Friday generally 8:00 am - 3:30 pm Requirements:  Bachelor's degree in Human Service field and 5 years of related experience required. Masters degree preferred. Three (3) years supervisory experience required. Must have computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. Valid driver's license required and insurability based on agency policy.
  • Duties:  Provides direction and supervision to the operation of a Center that offers supports to individuals with mental retardation/ intellectual disabilities and other multiple challenges such as physical, behavioral and medical. Directs the operation, provides supervision and support direction to specialists, aides and substitutes. Ongoing contacts are made with the community, family and external specialist to exchange information, develop and enhance supports where individuals can engage in activities of his/her choice and take advantage of opportunities in the community. The supervisor must be tolerant of and be able to adapt to the ongoing, individuals special needs to help with person-centered plans.

 

POSITION: mR AIDE TRAINEE (FULL TIME)

  • Full Time / Part Time:  Full Time
  • Shifts: Daylight
  • Schedule:  Monday through Friday
  • Requirements:  High School diploma or GED. No Experience Necessary. Valid driver's license required and insurability based on agency policy.
  • Duties:  Provides support to the specialists in carrying out daily activities to individuals with mental retardation/intellectual disabilities. Provide personal care and other training assistance must be provided to individuals with behavioral, physical, multiple challenges.

POSITION: mR AIDE TRAINEE (CASUAL)

  • Full Time / Part Time:   Part Time - Up to 19 hours per week
  • Shifts: Daylight
  • Schedule:  Monday through Friday
  • Requirements:  High School diploma or GED. No Experience Necessary. Valid driver's license required and insurability based on agency policy.
  • Duties:  Provides support to the specialists in carrying out daily activities to individuals with mental retardation/intellectual isabilities. Provide personal care and other training assistance must be provided to individuals with behavioral, physical, multiple challenges.

POSITION: mR AIDE TRAINEE (PART TIME)

  • Full Time / Part Time:   Part Time - 30 hours per week
  • Shifts: Daylight
  • Schedule:  Monday through Friday
  • Requirements:  High School diploma or GED. No Experience Necessary. Valid driver's license required and insurability based on agency policy. Duties:  Provides support to the specialists in carrying out daily activities to individuals with mental retardation/intellectual disabilities. Provide personal care and other training assistance must be provided to individuals with behavioral, physical, multiple hallenges.
