Governor Tom Wolf has issued an official proclamation declaring March as National Developmental Disabilities Awareness Month, emphasizing that all people with developmental disabilities are valued members of society who find fulfillment living everyday lives.
The 2018 proclamation highlights initiatives launched by the Wolf administration and the Department of Human Services, as well as the importance of the Information Sharing and Advisory Committee and “Everyday Lives: Values in Action.” The proclamation can be viewed online.
