HOMELESS SERVICES

Chartiers Center’s HUD Funded Housing programs provide housing without the stipulation of treatment. Our Housing Coordinators work with our consumers to identify strengths, establish goals and connect them to needed community services.

ATLAS

Our permanent support housing program that serves individuals experiencing chronic homelessness, with any physical or mental health condition.

HESTIA

Our permanent support housing program that serves individuals & families experiencing chronic homelessness, with any mental health condition.

VESTA

Our rapid rehousing housing program that serves individuals & families experiencing homelessness, as well as any Substance Use Disorders (SUDs).

ATHENA

This program works with individuals & families who are currently experiencing chronic homelessness, with a mental health diagnosis and a justice system involvement.

SALUS

This grant-funded program is available for any individuals facing eviction due to extreme clutter (Level 4 or 5 hoarder).
